About flowflow is the community of learning and practice for all TAP certified trainers or those working towards certification. It provides the opportunity to exchange ideas and best practice with your peers both individually and in focus groups, using a variety of online collaborative tools - discussion forums, live chat rooms, podcasts, wikis and weblogs. If you do not know what some of these are you will soon learn! In addition, there are significant benefits in joining the community which include access to free monthly courses and the use of a personal profiling tool which generates a detailed profile analysis, based on the four key characteristics of behaviour: Dominance, Influence, Steadiness and Compliance. Who can register for flow? You can only register for flow if you currently hold, or are working towards, a TAP Certificate or Diploma in classroom, e-learning or blended skills - see www.tap-training.com for a comprehensive list and course details. If you are a TAP online student, you will be provided with a username/password in your joining instructions for your chosen course. In addition to flow, you will also be able to access supporting materials and resources related to your course. Login using your username/password in the right hand panel. If you are a TAP classroom student or if you have previously gained a TAP Certificate or Diploma then please see below 'Is this your first time here'. If you do not qualify to be a full member of flow or simply want to 'have a look around', use the 'Guest' access in the right hand panel. Guest access lets you browse but you cannot contribute to discussion forums or chat sessions or benefit from the free offers. |
